About the job
- Knife-skilled processing and dividing of the carcasses, according to order;
- Boning: cutting out bones by means of knives and sawing. This is done as accurately as possible so that there is as little meat as possible remains attached to the bones and no technical parts of the meat are damaged and/or be cut to pieces;
- Sort the pieces of meat and identify deviations recognize it in order to take further action;
- Perform all work in accordance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations.
Requirements
- You are fit and ready to do physically demanding job
- At least 1 year of experience as a deboner;
- Knowledge of the technical parts of a Bovine carcass;
- Being able to apply the correct techniques when cutting carcasses and large parts;
- Wanting to work in a cooled environment;
- Being able to work according to a timetable and line speed;
- Good personal care regarding the work in the food industry;
- Physically strong and know how to tackle things;
